The Treatment Coordinator is a critical role for the practice, and we are specifically seeking a candidate who brings both strong operational discipline and a proven ability to drive case acceptance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice (required) Strong track record of case acceptance and production growth Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills Ability to confidently present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and overcome objections High attention to detail with insurance verification, treatment plan accuracy, and follow-up systems Organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

Present and close treatment plans with a focus on patient understanding and value Ensure accurate insurance breakdowns and financial arrangements Manage unscheduled treatment and follow-up pipelines Collaborate closely with providers and front office team to ensure seamless patient flow Uphold and execute structured workflows around case presentation and conversion We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of the role, and elevate both the patient experience and overall production performance. Pay Range:

7:45 AM•1:30 PM Full-time, aligned with provider schedules and patient flow Weekends off!
