Dental Treatment Coordinator Smile Jobs Marietta, GA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Entry level Full Job Description Smile Jobs is working with the team at J&J Dental to find their next stellar Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator! J&J Dental was established to provide high quality dentistry for family members of all ages. Our exceptional dental treatments are provided in an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable environment. We hire professional, highly skilled, accommodating, and friendly staff to welcome each and every patient as an addition to our unique family practice. Located at The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills. Our office is fast-paced so we need someone who can multitask and keep a positive upbeat attitude while doing it!
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm Fridays 8am-2pm No weekends!
Responsibilities:
Perform analytical and data entry task Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates Confidentially manage patient accounts Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible Schedule any necessary outpatient appointments Get prior authorizations for procedures Scan documents into patient charts Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care. Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices Provide community resources and referrals for continuing care Assist in locating funding for special procedures or other patient needs
Requirements:
Previous dental experience Insurance verification 1 year of experience is preferred Dentrix experience a plus Smile Jobs is the exclusive recruiting partner for a network of independent neighborhood practices and boutique groups located throughout Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Massachusetts, Georgia, Illinois, and Alabama. These affiliated offices are higher-end fee-for-service and/or select PPO-based, doctor led practices, with long standing reoccurring patients and strong reputations.
