As a Front Office Coordinator within DMOS Urgent Injury, you will help patients through their orthopaedic journey by greeting walk-in patients, doing with insurance verification, and getting demographic information for patient accounts into the record. This is a full time administrative position. You will work alongside a team of staff members to create an outstanding patient experience. To thrive in this role, you are able to recall information quickly and prioritize tasks accordingly. Hours for the position are 7am-close (approximately 3pm) Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings. Here is
What You Can Expect:
You are the patient's guide and reliable helper for verifying insurance and building Electronic Health Records for services. You utilize Office 365 products regularly, EHR, insurance authorizations websites, and are responsible for communicating with the clinical team for questions. This is a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey. You may be sitting at a desk for extended periods of time that may seem unnatural.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while staying organized. Curiosity. You practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting. Experience. Prior exposure to patient care coordination. Dependability. Ensures patients receive timely care, promotes a reliable healthcare environment, and supports the overall efficiency of the team.
