Resident Care Coordinator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Kootenai, ID 83840 From $22 an hour - Full-time Hearthstone Village 4 reviews From $22 an hour - Full-time Hearthstone Village is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our leadership team. The RCC works closely with the Administrator and Facility Nurse to coordinate resident services, support staff, maintain schedules, and help ensure high-quality care for our residents. This position is ideal for someone with experience in assisted living, memory care, healthcare leadership, or staffing coordination who enjoys both resident interaction and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist the Nurse with resident care coordination and follow-up. Monitor resident needs and communicate changes in condition to the nurse and management team. Coordinate and maintain employee schedules. Arrange staffing coverage for call-ins, vacations, and open shifts. Assist with admissions, move-ins, and resident transitions. Support caregivers and medication technicians with daily operational needs. Assist with incident follow-up, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Participate in staff training, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain positive communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff. Participate in the facility on-call rotation and respond to staffing or resident concerns as needed. Qualifications Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or healthcare preferred. Previous scheduling or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and electronic documentation.
