Job Description
Treatment Coordinator Specialist - Join a Team That Values Your Expertise! We're a busy dental practice with a lot going on -- and we need a Treatment Plan Specialist who can handle it all with skill and confidence. You'll be the go-to person for explaining treatment, breaking down insurance, securing financing, and making sure patients feel comfortable moving forward with care. What You'll Do:
Present treatment plans in a way that builds patient understanding and trust Explain costs, insurance benefits, and payment options clearly Coordinate appointment scheduling to keep treatment on track Verify dental and/or medical insurance, submit pre-authorizations, and maximize benefits. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases. Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth patient hand-offs Maintain a full schedule to goal Administrative tasks such as answering the phone, checking in/out patients, scheduling patients, keeping organized records and systems, etc.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental treatment coordinator Someone who can present treatment plans like a boss! Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance processes, and terminology Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills Proficient with dental practice management software Adaptable , dependable, and comfortable with a busy schedule Someone who is empathetic, outgoing, happy, wears a smile, thinks quickly on his/her feet, and someone with an excellent work ethic
