We are not a traditional dental office. We are a modern, hospitality-driven cosmetic and restorative practice focused on helping patients feel confident, cared for, and excited about their transformation. We are looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator who can build trust, guide patients through treatment decisions, and help them confidently move forward with care. This role is part patient advocate, part hospitality professional, and part closer. The right person understands that exceptional dentistry deserves exceptional communication and follow-through. This is a highly visible role that plays a major part in the patient experience and practice growth. We are building a team of people who want more than "just a dental office job," we want individuals excited to grow with a modern, patient-focused brand that is changing the dental experience. What You'll Do Present and explain treatment plans in a confident, patient-friendly way Help patients understand the value and impact of treatment recommendations Guide conversations around financing, payment options, and overcoming barriers to care Build strong patient relationships that increase trust, case acceptance, and long-term loyalty Coordinate scheduling and treatment flow with clinical and front office teams Deliver a polished, elevated patient experience from consultation through follow-up Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence, even in high-pressure situations Use technology and systems efficiently to stay organized and proactive Support practice growth through strong follow-through and patient engagement Partner closely with the doctors and the clinical team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging Consistently meet monthly collection targets What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales mindset with the ability to confidently discuss treatment and close cases ethically Hospitality-focused personality with a polished, welcoming presence Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback Passionate, eager, and motivated to grow professionally Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Reliable, responsible, and accountable Able to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure Believes in the doctors, the mission, and the patient experience we are building Preferred Background Dental assisting or dental office experience strongly preferred Experience presenting treatment plans or discussing finances is a major plus Sales, luxury hospitality, concierge, med spa, or high-end service experience is highly valued Experience in cosmetic dentistry environments is a bonus, but not required What Success Looks Like Patients feel informed, cared for, and excited to move forward with treatment Strong case acceptance and follow-through Positive patient relationships and reviews Reliable attendance and ownership mentality Team-first attitude with professionalism and emotional intelligence Why Smile Snob?
