Treatment Coordinator

Our established, fast-paced orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, personable, and excels at guiding patients through their orthodontic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Build trust and help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment Coordinate case acceptance and follow-up with pending patients Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in discussing finances and closing cases Detail-oriented and highly organized Sales or orthodontic experience is a plus (but not required—we will train the right person)
