This is the person patients trust when deciding to move forward with treatment. Our growing orthodontic office is looking to add a new team member to our family. In this role, you will work closely with the orthodontist to ensure every new patient receives a warm welcome and a thorough, engaging consultation. Every patient who walks through our doors already wants treatment. Your role is to guide them, build trust, and show them how we can improve their smile and how they can afford it. You will identify barriers, help patients overcome them, and confidently guide them to say yes by starting treatment. No cold calling. No chasing leads. Every consultation is an opportunity. Your job is to help patients move forward. What You Will Do Welcome patients in person and create a positive first impression Lead engaging consultations by understanding patient concerns, goals, and motivations Clearly explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements Help patients understand insurance benefits and payment options Identify and overcome objections or barriers to starting treatment Guide patients to commit to treatment by signing agreements and scheduling starts Follow up with patients who are still considering treatment Consistently meet or exceed new patient start goals Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families Support daily office operations as needed What We Are Looking For Orthodontic and sales experience required Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Confident discussing finances and helping patients make decisions Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and practice management software Get to Know Us We can promise you an environment that encourages you to be your best while offering real opportunities for growth.
