Job Description

Our established, fast-paced multi-provider dental practice is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are a thriving general dental office dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate will have experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance, a strong understanding of dental procedures and clinical scheduling, and knowledge of insurance and financial coordination. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment options and move forward with recommended care. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and clarity Review insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements with patients Coordinate scheduling for restorative, specialty, and oral surgery procedures Follow up on unscheduled treatment and support case acceptance efforts Provide outstanding patient communication and customer service Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team Help ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout treatment Qualifications Previous dental office experience required Treatment coordination experience preferred (with oral surgery experience a plus) Eaglesoft experience a plus Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financial coordination Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a well-established practice If you are organized, personable, and thrive in a high-energy dental office, we would love to hear from you.
