Job Description:
Arundel Lodge is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world where behavioral health disorders do not limit individuals from achieving meaningful lives within their communities. We strive to be a vital part of a community network that prevents behavioral health disorders and provides essential care and support to help individuals lead healthy, productive lives. Our mission focuses on improving the lives of children, adults, and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Care Coordinators are expected to implement the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. This approach emphasizes hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, leveraging members' strengths, and fostering self-determination.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field is preferred. At least one year of experience in the mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Prompting residents to start their day and assisting with daily activities. Monitoring medication and facilitating transportation. Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), making appointments, cleaning, cooking, and providing overall caregiving support. Most importantly, supporting individuals in their recovery journey from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use.

Work Schedule:
Shifts available: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM and Rotating Weekends
