Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Outpatient Clinician to join our Lewiston team. In this role, Spurwink clinicians provide office-based individual and family therapy to a mixed caseload of children and adults. The position includes a confidential office space, administrative support with scheduling, and options for telehealth/hybrid work. Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training of evidence-based treatment modalities is part of the Spurwink experience. A generous allowance is provided for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.
DUTIES:
Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy. Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping. Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and a current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Full licensure preferred but not required. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's driving policy.
