Guest Care Coordinator

Guest Care Coordinator Schedule:

3 days per week - At least one weekend day required

Pay:

$15/hour What you'll be doing: Greeting and checking in guests with a warm, welcoming vibe Answering phones and supporting client communication Assisting with basic barn tasks (hay, water, general upkeep) Keeping the space clean, organized, and flowing smoothly Supporting wherever needed as the day shifts What to expect: This is a high-energy, fast-moving environment where no two days look the same. You'll be working outdoors in all weather and using your personal phone throughout the day to communicate with guests and the team. We're looking for someone who: Brings a positive, grounded, team-first attitude Is adaptable and can go with the flow Communicates clearly and confidently Enjoys being active and working outside Is reliable, punctual, and self-motivated No horse experience needed, just the right mindset and willingness to learn Bonus if you have customer service or hospitality experience!
