In this energetic position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their dental treatment options while coordinating appointments, financing, and communication with the dental team. Responsibilities Act as the central liaison between patients and the dental team, ensuring clear communication about treatment plans and financial options Schedule patient appointments efficiently, balancing practice needs with patient preferences Explain treatment procedures, costs, and insurance coverage to patients with clarity and confidence Collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with financing options to support patient affordability Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments or outstanding balances to promote ongoing care compliance Support office administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, verifying insurance information, and coordinating referrals Skills Proven experience in a dental office environment with excellent organizational skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with dental procedures is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills to explain complex information clearly and empathetically Proficiency in dental administrative support tasks including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous dental office experience that demonstrates professionalism and customer service excellence A proactive attitude with a passion for helping patients achieve their oral health goals This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact on patients' lives while advancing their career in the dental field.
