This position is responsible for managing hygiene scheduling, patient communication, and supporting front office operations to help ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling and confirming hygiene appointments
  • Managing patient recall systems
  • Assisting patients with insurance and appointment questions
  • Coordinating with hygienists and doctors regarding patient care
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting daily front desk operations Dental office experience is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Open Dental software is preferred. We value candidates who are dependable, upbeat, and dedicated to exceptional patient care. Please let us know if you are interested or would like additional information.
