Comprehensive Dentistry is looking for an exceptional dental professional who thrives in a positive, growth-focused environment. What You'll Do At Comprehensive Dentistry, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional relationships. As a key member of our team, you'll help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Primary Responsibilities Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Create accurate treatment estimates and review them with patients Explain recommended treatment plans and answer patient questions Discuss available payment options and financial arrangements Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records Manage accounts receivable, including patient balances/statements, payment follow-up, and collection efforts Schedule patient appointments efficiently and according to provider availability Secondary Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, treatment questions, and financial concerns Support front office operations to ensure an outstanding patient experience Collaborate with teammates to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently Step in where needed and go the extra mile to support patients and fellow team members Help create a positive, growth-oriented environment where everyone can succeed What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who aligns with our core values: Go the Extra Mile

Qualifications Previous dental office experience required Knowledge of dental insurance, accounts receivable, and treatment planning strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Flexibility to work between both office locations as needed Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferred Why Join Comprehensive Dentistry?
