Position Title:
Administrative / Patient Care Specialist (PT) Position summary: Exciting opportunity to work alongside Dr. Mark Lobanoff, Dr. David Whiting, and Dr. Martha Whiting at their world-premiere refractive surgery and specialty lens implant clinic!
OVO LASIK + LENS
is beyond cutting-edge with the only dual Contoura Surgical Suites in the US for LASIK/PRK, and the first Office-Based Surgical Suites in Minnesota for cataract surgery, RLE, ICL and specialty lens surgeries.
OVO LASIK + LENS

Refractive surgical care can be challenging and we heavily lean on each others' expertise in the ultimate team approach to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage electronic requests from patients, confirm appointments, and direct questions to appropriate staff members for triage. Provide exceptional patient care. Uphold the patient-focused expectations and standards of OVO. Collect patient payments and/or insurance information. Understand and effectively communicate clinic appointments, procedures, pricing, and educational information to patients. Preemptive troubleshooting of patient needs. Monitor clinic patient flow and perform duties in order to maintain individual patient appointment times. Patient chart management. Collateral materials assembly and back-office projects. Maintain clinic office supplies. Maintain cleanliness of front desk, lobbies, patient communication center, exam rooms, and overall clinic. Maintain current knowledge of competition.

Experience And Education:
Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or eye care experience.
