Job Description

The Assessor will complete screening, initial and comprehensive assessments and all accompanying paperwork for client's entering in services. This will include establishing an initial diagnosis and referrals to services. This person will work closely with all departments and will be an integral part of the team.
  • Compensation for this position will be determined by the level of licensure and the number of comprehensive assessments you are available to complete.
A commitment to providing thorough, timely and high-quality comprehensive assessments is a must. Duties and responsibilities Provide assessment explaining necessity for the service using agency template Work collaboratively with both the agency staff to ensure assessments are completed in a timely manner per program standards. Communicate effectively with all agency staff to ensure continuity of care in relation to treatment goals and interventions. Complete other duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, Director of Integrated Outpatient services or the Chief Executive Officer Qualifications Education
  • Minimum of a Master degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related health field. This position does require the candidate be provisionally licensed or fully licensed. Skills/Abilities

  • Job duties may require sitting or standing for long periods of time.
