Responsible for coordinating and guiding the individualized care of trauma/stroke patients through the care continuum, eliminating barriers to healthcare and enhancing patient and physician satisfaction. Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary trauma/stroke team, functioning as a patient advocate, educator, key point of contact and liaison between the patient and all other appropriate services.   • Knowledgeable in computer systems: Word, Excel, and Graphs.

Demonstrates desire to succeed. Excellent analytical, judgment and people skills. Ability to design, implement and follow up test plans. Ability to troubleshoot and document multi-system issues.
