We are seeking a Clinic Support Specialist who is highly organized, adaptable, and motivated to keep clinic operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing independent tasks with team collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Pay Range:
$17.00 - $18.00+ per hour (based on experience)What You Can Expect:
Consistent Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Fast-Paced Environment:
Stay organized and efficient while supporting multiple clinic needs throughout the dayOperational Support:
Manage work orders, clinic supply orders, and mail distribution to ensure seamless daily operationsHands-On Role:
Stock supplies, clean and maintain exam rooms and common areas, and support a safe, patient-ready environmentLinen Management:
Order, stock, and change linens to ensure rooms are prepared and compliant with cleanliness standards Attention toDetail:
Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with regulatory requirementsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Qualifications:
