Job Description

Description:
The Arc Western Montana is hiring an organized, detail-oriented Clinical Care Coordinator to help coordinate medical care for adults with developmental disabilities living in our Medical Group Home. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare, medical offices, residential services, or care coordination who enjoys managing details, solving problems, and helping ensure people receive the care and follow-up they need. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm .
What We Offer:
Starting Pay:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour, with an increase to $24.00-$26.00 per hour after completing our Train the Trainer series Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification Benefits (Vary by Position Type): Up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year for full-time employees Medical insurance starting at $85/month (for eligible employees) Affordable vision, dental and life insurance Voluntary hospital indemnity, critical illness and accident plans 403(b) retirement plan with up to 3.5% company match Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Experience in healthcare, medical offices, care coordination, residential services, or a related field CNA experience and / or Medical Assistant credential preferred Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background checks IDD experience is preferred but not required.
