This role plays a key part in helping patients understand and move forward with their recommended treatment plans. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, excels at communication, and is committed to creating a smooth and supportive experience throughout each patient's treatment journey. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans, questions, and scheduling Clearly explain dental procedures, treatment options, and associated costs in a friendly and professional manner Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments, including collaboration with specialists or outside offices when needed Proactively follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment Work closely with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and consistency of patient information Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records Support front desk operations by answering phones, greeting patients, and managing check-ins in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required
