Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our vibrant ortho team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between patients and the orthodontic practice, guiding patients through their treatment journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will help educate, motivate, and support patients in achieving their ideal smiles while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Duties Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression of our practice Educate patients about orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and financing plans in a clear and motivating manner Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating treatment timelines with clinical staff to optimize patient flow Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements to ensure understanding and satisfaction Prepare and review treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Follow up with patients regarding appointments, payments, and post-treatment instructions to foster ongoing engagement Maintain organized patient records, update charts regularly, and ensure confidentiality at all times Skills Proven experience in a medical or dental office environment, preferably within orthodontics or dentistry Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex treatment details clearly and confidently Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in office management software and dental/medical scheduling systems Familiarity with insurance verification processes and financial counseling for healthcare services Prior experience in dental office settings or orthodontic practices is highly desirable Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by helping them achieve confident smiles! Pay:
$18.50 - $23.00 per hour
