Dental Financial/Insurance Coordinator

Our dental office is looking for a Billing / Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We are a three doctor practice and growing fast! Our ideal team member is one who is patient focused, team oriented, and a self-starter. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to offer great customer service to our patients. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to details and enjoys going the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service to our patients. Does this sound like you? Responsibilities Include:

Submit daily insurance claims Review and resubmit any rejected insurance claims Assist with insurance recredentialing Update patient's insurance information Submit insurance pre-determinations Send billing statements to patients Manage financial payment plans Prepare daily deposits Assist with answering phone calls, scheduling patients and other assigned tasks Full time hours Requirements Dental Front Office or Dental Assisting experience preferred, but not required Dental insurance knowledge preferred Proficient in word processing, excel, outlook Open Dental knowledge helpful, but not required
