Full-time Job Overview:
Are you passionate about supporting youth and families? Do you have experience in case management or care coordination and an interest in strengths-based, Wraparound-focused services? If so, Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare may be the right fit for you. We are currently seeking a Professional Partner to join our Professional Partner Program, a voluntary care coordination program serving youth and young adults ages 3-26 who are experiencing mental health challenges and are at risk of out-of-home, school, or community placement. In this role, you will utilize the Wraparound approach to support families in identifying strengths, building support teams, facilitating face-to-face and team meetings, developing individualized service plans, and connecting clients with community resources. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet program timelines, and timely documentation within electronic health record systems. Some evening availability is required based on family needs.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field Knowledge of mental health, substance use disorders, and community resources Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of up to 15 clients with diverse needs Experience using electronic medical record systems for documentation purposes Valid driver's license and current auto insurance To be considered for this position, please complete the
