Treatment Coordinator - Hawley Orthodontics Full-Time • In Person • From $20.00/hour Join a thriving, patient-first orthodontic practice as our next Treatment Coordinator! You'll be the first face new patients see, combining genuine warmth with sharp organizational skills to guide patients through their smile transformation. What You'll Do Deliver an outstanding first impression by welcoming and onboarding new patients with professionalism and genuine care. Capture photos and radiographs to support comprehensive treatment planning alongside our doctors. Present personalized treatment plans and transparent financial options, empowering patients to make confident decisions. Contribute to our social media presence and community outreach to help grow the practice brand. Manage a high-volume schedule of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and patient records with precision and efficiency. Verify insurance benefits and guide patients through coverage questions with clarity and empathy. What We're Looking For Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred, but a passion for patient care and a quick learning curve matter most. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to break down complex treatment and financial information clearly for any patient. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a paperless, tech-forward office. A genuine team-player mentality and positive, can-do attitude that elevates everyone around you. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
