Resident Care Coordinator Harmony Homes at Hickory Pond - Assisted Living Hickory Pond Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on leadership role focuses first and foremost on supporting resident care needs, including ADLs, medication assistance, and light housekeeping, while helping oversee daily care operations within our 804 Assisted Living community.
