High School Graduate or GED equivalent BLS Certification 18 years or older The ability to function in a fast paced work environment with excellent organizational, customer service, and prioritization skills required The ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality care to patients

RESPONSIBILITY

Position Objective Under the direction of the practice manager provide efficient and appropriate assistance with patients. Performance Expectation Support clinic workflow at the direction of supervisor Serve as a resource to patients and providers. Shadow staff in other areas of the healthcare system. Attend/participate in team meetings and weekly individual supervision. Document in a timely manner in the EHR Identify goals and demonstrate ability to apply feedback Behave in a professional manner
