This position is focused on increasing treatment acceptance, strengthening patient relationships, and helping patients proceed with comprehensive dental care through effective communication and financial guidance. Key Responsibilities Present and sell dental treatment plans to patients Increase case acceptance and office production Follow up with pending treatment and unscheduled patients Discuss financing and payment options confidently Build trust and strong relationships with patients Convert leads, consultations, and inquiries into scheduled treatment Coordinate large cases and maintain production goals Work closely with the doctor and team to support daily sales goals Maintain accurate patient financial records and notes Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience Qualifications Strong sales background preferred Dental treatment coordination experience is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing Ability to handle objections professionally Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of financing programs preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay Bonus and commission opportunities Growth and advancement potential
