Position Overview We are seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment needs, navigate insurance, and feel comfortable moving forward with care. Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans in a clear, confident manner Verify insurance and review benefits with patients Discuss financial options and coordinate payment arrangements Schedule treatment efficiently based on priority and patient availability Follow up on unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships Requirements Dental office experience required Previous treatment coordinating experience preferred Knowledge of PPO insurance and breakdowns Strong communication and sales skills (case presentation/closing) Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software (Open Dental) preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid time off Paid holidays Employee dental benefits Growth opportunities within the practice Supportive and team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
