This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping patients feel comfortable, and guiding families through the process of starting orthodontic treatment. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in creating an exceptional new patient experience and helping patients confidently begin treatment with our office. Compensation $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity for performance bonuses/incentives Paid training Additional benefits may be discussed during interview Responsibilities New Patient Coordination Welcome and guide new patients through their orthodontic consultation Create a warm, positive, and professional first impression Build strong relationships with patients and parents Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about treatment Treatment Presentation Review recommended treatment plans with patients Explain orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently Discuss treatment timelines, benefits, and next steps Answer questions and address concerns professionally Financial Coordination Present financial options and payment plans Explain insurance benefits and financing options Help families select payment arrangements that fit their needs Guide patients toward starting treatment with the office Patient Follow-Up Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment Maintain organized communication and patient records Track pending treatment and scheduling Administrative Support Maintain accurate documentation and notes Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts Support the doctor and team with daily office flow Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and confident personality Comfortable discussing finances and payment options Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to build rapport quickly with patients and parents Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Sales or treatment coordination experience of 3 years or more Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Outgoing and personable Self-motivated and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smile journey About Our Practice We are a privately owned orthodontic practice of 20 years focused on providing high-quality care and an outstanding patient experience.
