Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and schedule appointments with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming environment. Explain treatment options clearly, answer patient questions, and motivate them to proceed with recommended procedures. Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and handle financial arrangements accurately. Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate treatment plans and follow-up appointments seamlessly. Maintain detailed patient records, update medical histories, and ensure all documentation complies with privacy regulations. Assist in managing patient communications, including reminders and post-treatment instructions. Support administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files efficiently. Requirements Prior experience in a dental office setting for at least 5 years in mandatory. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with dental procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role. Proven ability to provide excellent dental administrative support with attention to detail. Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and proficiency with scheduling software or electronic health records. Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional when interacting with patients and team members. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
