We are looking for an energetic, team-oriented Appointment Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to step in wherever needed to help the team succeed. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Coordination Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Welcome patients and provide an outstanding first impression. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff. Lead Follow-Up & Patient Communication Promptly follow up with warm leads and prospective patients. Build rapport and guide potential patients through the consultation process. Track lead activity and maintain organized records in the practice management system. Help improve patient conversion by providing excellent customer service and consistent communication. Business Development & Marketing Support Assist with local B2B marketing initiatives and community outreach. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referral partners. Support practice growth through networking opportunities and marketing campaigns. Represent the practice professionally at community and business events when needed. Team Support Assist with administrative projects and office operations. Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient work environment. Jump in to support teammates and other departments as needed. Contribute ideas and solutions that help improve patient experience and office performance. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, sales, or healthcare administration preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
