Dental Treatment Coordinator Join Our Growing Dental Team! We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized Treatment Coordinator to become an integral part of our patient-centered dental practice. If you enjoy helping people, excel at communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive first impression. Present treatment plans clearly and confidently. Discuss financial options and assist patients with payment arrangements. Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage. Coordinate appointments and manage treatment scheduling. Follow up on unscheduled treatment to help patients complete recommended care. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator, dental receptionist, or dental office administrator preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and treatment planning. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset. Reliability is a must.
