Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Matching:

Create and maintain compatible client-caregiver schedules to foster long-term positive relationships.

Case Management:

Monitor real-time activity via our software system and resolve all client/caregiver issues promptly.

Growth & Quality:

Identify opportunities to increase service hours to enhance the quality of care provided.

Documentation:

Maintain precise digital and physical records; ensure data integrity for all active cases.

Communication:

Act as the primary liaison between coworkers, families, and field staff.

Qualifications Language:

Native or professional fluency in Spanish (Required).

Experience:

2+ years in

Home Care Coordination Skills:

Strong ability to prioritize, organize complex schedules, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Perks Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
