Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST)

Description We are a leading Human Services agency located on Long Island. Our Agency is in need of a few experienced, highly motivated and talented individuals that want to grow with us in this part-time position. ILST services may include assessment, training, supervision of, assistance to an individual with issues related to self-care, medication management, task completion, communications skills, interpersonal skills, socialization, sensory/motor skills, mobility, community transportation skills, money management, problem solving, pre-vocational and skills to maintain a household.
