• Type:

• Three - month contract with opportunity for extension or full time offer

• Schedule:

• 8-hour shift between 7:30AM and 6:00PM (Monday - Friday)

• Pay:

• $19.00 Per hour
• Responsibilities of the

Patient Care Coordinator:

• Check in/out patients
• Help address patient requests that come via patient portal such as clinical questions, medication refill request and schedule appointments
• Answer phones.
• Submit insurance authorization for procedures and medication and generate referrals using various insurance portals.
• Copay collection
• Insurance verification
• Communicate patient messages to providers.
• Qualifications for the

Patient Care Coordinator:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience
• Medical office experience
• EPIC experience preferred but not required
