About the Role The Treatment Coordinator is a key patient-facing position responsible for guiding patients through their consultation, clearly explaining treatment recommendations, and confidently presenting financial options. This is not a basic front desk role. It requires strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and comfort discussing payment options. Core Responsibilities Educate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care Clearly explain treatment plans in simple, confident language Present financial options and insurance information professionally Support patients in making informed decisions Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment What We Expect Professional appearance and presence Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Clear, confident communication Comfort discussing financial options Strong customer service or sales background Reliability and consistent attendance Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays Commitment to long-term growth (not a short-term position) Candidates who are unsure about evenings, Saturdays, or discussing payment options will not be a fit for this role.
