If so, we'd love for you to join our dental team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator! About the Role As a treatment coordinator, you'll be the friendly, welcoming face and voice of our office. You'll play a key role in ensuring each patient's experience-from their first phone call to their final visit-is seamless, comfortable, and efficient. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and care for others will help our patients feel confident and valued throughout their dental journey. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently to keep the day running smoothly Communicate with patients via phone, email, and text regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-ups Verify and update patient insurance information Manage incoming mail, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly Review treatment plans and coordinate financial arrangements with patients What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of dental experience in a private practice (required) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude The ability to multitask and thrive in a team-focused environment Why You'll Love Working Here We're a supportive, patient-centered dental practice that values teamwork, growth, and work-life balance.
