Job Description
Dr. Kvitko & Associates is a premier dental practice that has served the Columbus community for over 40 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic new treatment coordinator who makes each day and patient experience worth raving about! We invest in our team members by providing CE's during monthly lunch-in-learns, personalized coaching and trainings, and regular social and service activities. This position includes significant financial incentives for a high performers. Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:
Educate our patients regarding their treatment plans, answer any questions, and help them work through any financial considerations Considerable follow-through and proactive work to build the schedule and help patients accept ethically diagnosed treatment Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety expectations Greet patients, answer phones, work with hygiene recall, confirm patients, billing, check insurance benefits, and schedule appointments Assist, as needed, other clinical team members Our ideal Treatment Coordinator candidates have or are : A desire to make each patient's experience "rave worthy" At least 1-2 years of experience working in a dental office (preferred) Fluency and experience with explaining treatment plans to patients and helping them navigate insurance and financial arrangements Terrific interpersonal skills Generally computer savvy (experience with Open Dental a plus) Sales experience Capable of keeping up with a high-pace office A willingness to grow, learn, and try new things Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic, etc.) is preferred but not required Candidates with dental assisting experience is not required, but is a huge bonus. •Please complete the skills assessment.
