We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and help guide them through their treatment journey. Position Overview The Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in creating an excellent patient experience. This position combines front office responsibilities with treatment coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Responsibilities Front Desk Duties Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Manage daily schedule to maximize office productivity Treatment Coordinator Duties Present treatment plans and explain recommended procedures Discuss insurance benefits and estimated patient financial responsibility Coordinate treatment scheduling and follow-up care Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements Monitor unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care Build strong patient relationships and increase treatment acceptance Qualifications Previous dental office experience preferred (minimum 1 year) Experience with dental insurance verification and claims preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to discuss financial arrangements confidently and professionally Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid time off Dental benefits Opportunities for growth and professional development Supportive and positive work environment Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday No evenings or weekends Compensation Starting from $20 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
