Position Summary:
We're seeking a Treatment Coordinator who not only has great communication and multitasking skills but also strong insurance knowledge and treatment planning effincency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, staying organized, and keeping the front desk running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow efficiently Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Reveiwing treatment plans with patients and discussing how their benfits relate to their treatment Following up with patients about their pending treatment Submit and follow up on insurance claims as needed Collect co-pays and handle billing questions professionally Maintain accurate patient information and organized records Support the dental team by keeping communication clear and consistent
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist required Proficiency in dental insurance verification and claim handling Profiencincy in treatment planning and explaining treatment plans to patients Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience with Flex or Open Dental software is a plus A positive attitude and team-player mindset are a must!
Schedule:
Full-time | No weekends!
