Duties Greet patients warmly and guide them through the treatment process with clarity and enthusiasm Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options in a transparent and positive manner Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up visits, and treatment timelines efficiently Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with financial arrangements to ensure patient satisfaction Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and administrative documentation with attention to detail Collaborate closely with dental professionals to facilitate seamless patient care delivery Provide exceptional office support by managing phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures Proven ability to support office operations through excellent organizational skills Familiarity with dental office workflows and patient management software is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatment options and insurance details to patients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and empathy Join us in creating positive dental experiences that leave lasting impressions!
