QUALIFICATIONS

Must have minimum education level of high school diploma, GED, and one year of community-based experience. This position requires someone who is very organized and communicates well. Must have a notable background of using computers. The PCA coordinator cannot perform clinical case manager duties but can delegate non-clinical activities to case coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Assign PCA (Personal Care Assistant) to Authorized Member 2) Provide Weekly Staffing Report to CMS and CM'S 3) Run Ads for PCA in The Geographical Location Needed 4) Liason between Member/PCA/CM 5) Review and Correct Authenticare Check-In and Check-Out Times for Each PCA and Ready for Billing/Payroll
