- Team leader that inspires others to provide the best care possible for our seniors
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising care givers and med techs
- Staff scheduling
- Med Room auditing Successfully complete training as required by state regulations Must have worked as a Companion and Wellness Assistant previously Ability to read, write and speak English Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by state regulations) Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must meet all health requirements Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation Must pass criminal background check Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly •Updating care plans •Ensuring our residents live their best lives
