Job Description

Duties Answer Phones Schedule appointments Verify Dental Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Schedule prep & confirm details for upcoming appointments with providers Present Treatment Plans created by providers and clinical staff Greet & Check in Patients for Appointments Coordinate care with referring doctors to ensure optimal patient care Collect patient payments at appointments Provide excellent customer service Skills
  • Experience working in an oral surgery office, medical office, dental office, or similar healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in dental terminology and understanding of medical and oral surgery procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
