Their work significantly contributes to the well-being of residents, making each day meaningful and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of Events :
Organize special events, outings, and intergenerational programs that promote social interaction and community engagement.
Resident Engagement :
Participate resident council meetings to gather feedback and incorporate suggestions into the activity calendar, ensuring that programs meet the evolving needs of the community. Assist the Life Enrichment office in the transport of residents within our community. Facilitate feeding the residents at mealtimes under the direction of the Memory Care Supervisor.
Education:
HS diploma, degree, and/or work experience in social work, therapy, or related field. Previous experience within a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Weekend/Holiday availability is required.
