- Full-time Client Care Coordinator Harmony Health Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules. Prepare monthly client and caregiver calendars. Monitor caregiver visits and activity in HHA Exchange. Track authorized service hours and utilization. Maintain accurate client and caregiver records. Support caregiver onboarding and documentation. Communicate with clients, caregivers, families, and insurance representatives to ensure quality service.Qualifications:
Previous experience in care coordination, scheduling, home care, healthcare administration, or a related field required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HHA Exchange is a plus.Work Location:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00PM Pay:
