Job Description

Job Summary Job Overview The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated and has proficient skillset of dental terminology, dental insurances and its coverages. The candidate must be competent and comfortable to discuss Treatment Plans Insurance and Financial Arrangements with patients. Must possess the ability to multi-task with ease and schedule appointments in correlation to procedures.
Duties Verify Insurance :
Confirm insurance coverage and benefits Calculating fees : Estimate fees and documenting fees into the patient's appointment. Processing claims : Sending claims to the insurance companies and supporting documentation. Monitoring payments : Tracking patients' progress through payment plans and insurance payments. Communicating with patients : Explaining insurance coverage to patients.
Coordinating Services:
Working with the insurance carrier to resolve issues and coordinate services between the patient and insurer. Preparing reports : Creating reports and memos Scheduling appointments : Scheduling appointments and confirming them with patients Customer service : Handling customer service for patients possesing an analytical perspective and knowledge of patients' rights to ensure the privacy and well-being of all patients. Experience Must have a minimum of 5years' experience working in Dentistry. High school diploma or GED certificate. Must be Computer proficient. Experience with EagleSoft and Revenuewell and processes. Dental Insurance Proficiency and Counselor Certifications are preferred but not required.
