Treatment Coordinator - Be the Face of the Practice & Drive Growth Are you a natural closer who loves connecting with people and making a real impact? Our progressive, fun, and growth-focused orthodontic practice is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients from their first visit to saying "yes" to treatment. What You'll Do:
Build trust and rapport with patients and families from the moment they walk in Present treatment plans and confidently guide patients to start treatment Create a positive, high-energy experience that makes our office the best part of our patients' day Help grow the practice by increasing starts and delivering an exceptional patient journey
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills (you love talking to people and it shows) Confidence in presenting and closing treatment Self-motivated, positive, and results-driven Sales, hospitality, or orthodontic/dental experience is a plus — but we will train the right person with the right attitude
