https://compassionatecnx.com/careers Key Responsibilities Manage client files, documentation, and insurance verification. Coordinate with insurance providers and referral sources. Conduct client intakes, follow-up calls, and satisfaction visits. Support, train, and mentor new caregivers. Follow up on leads and prospective clients. Start new cases and coordinate transitions to caregivers. Provide coverage for caregiver call-offs as needed. Serve as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and the office team. Help maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction. Qualifications Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in both office and field settings. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Reliable, professional, and adaptable. Focused on delivering exceptional client service and quality care.
